Eagle Micro Systems specialises in the assembly of surface mount electronic boards, conventional thru-hole electronic boards and the assembly of complete electronic products. We welcome orders of any size, from low volume surface mount prototypes to large production volumes. Our staff takes great pride in our workmanship ensuring our clients always receive the best quality products. Originally established in 1992, Eagle Micro Systems has more than 23 years' experience in the electronic engineering industry. Over the years we have come to realise that our clients are often frustrated with their projects and designs not taking flight. As part of our services to our clients we provide full electronic development with schematic capture, PCB layout, SMD prototyping, microcontroller programming and custom made enclosures and faceplates. Once a project is in final production we procure all components ourselves as far as possible to deliver a turnkey solution to our client. Eagle Micro Systems is also involved in the manufacturing and supply of SCADA equipment panels and various other Automatic Meter Reading equipment panels with Intrinsic Safe circuits for the local and international gas industries for a number of years. As a result of our involvement with clients in this industry, we are also providing technical backup and repair services for the imported electronic instrumentation used in this industry. As an added service Eagle Micro Systems further offers contract maintenance and a repetitive repair service to industrial electronic circuit boards. We believe that our integrated services enable us to not just become a service provider, but also a business partner. These are actual examples of the work we do and illustrate the workmanship of the products we manufacture. Almost all of these electronic boards were completely designed and developed in-house. Our main focus is Electronic Manufacturing Services and supplying complete electronic product solutions to our clients, relieving them from the challenges of final assembly and sourcing of electronic components themselves. Not only do we manufacture electronic circuit boards, we also assemble complete products, offering unique turnkey solutions. We manufacture products to custom specifications in many industries like Poultry, Energy, Gas, Access Control, Security, Industrial etc, all of which is branded with our client's company image. Our services and capabilities include providing electronic support services to our clients. Showcased here is our involvement with our clients servicing the Gas Metering Industry and it speaks volumes about us as a supporting supplier and partner. Manufactured equipment panels frequently include Automatic Metering Reading equipment with GPRS communication capabilities, PLC equipment, 4-20mA equipment, Protocol Translators and Intrinsic Safe Circuits required for hazardous industrial areas.
